Repair

Warranty and non-warranty repairs for U.S. and Canadian customers are performed at Focus Enhancements' factory. To arrange repairs, call or e-mail the technical support group (numbers and addresses below) and describe the exact symptoms, serial number, and product name. If repairs are indicated, technical support will issue an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number and provide instructions.

If repairs are indicated, the Technical Support Engineer will issue a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. The RMA number MUST be clearly marked on the outside of the package. For security reasons, packages arriving at the factory without a RMA number visible will be refused.
