1. What information do we collect from you?
In order to better provide you with numerous products and services, the Site collects two types of information about its visitors: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information. 2. Where do we collect information from you and how do we use it?
Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide our visitors with a superior customized online experience. We use the customer contact information to fill orders, contact prior purchasers to inform them of their order status and to send promotional e-mails.
We may perform statistical analyses of aggregate customer behavior. This allows us to measure relative customer interest in the various areas of the Site for product development purposes. Online Surveys and Polling: In order to improve our services to you, we ask some of our customers to voluntarily complete surveys, which may be collected by an independent third party. Individual survey answers are confidential, although Non-Personally Identifiable Information is collected and disclosed to third parties. Contests and Sweepstakes: When you enter a contest or other promotion, we may ask you for contact information such as your name, mailing address and e-mail address in order to administer the contest, to send you promotional e-mails, notify winners and make the winners' list publicly available pursuant to certain states' laws.
Newsletters, Product Updates, & Promotional E-mails: We may offer free electronic newsletters, product updates, and promotional e-mails as a service to our prior customers. We may send you newsletters and e-mails periodically listing current specials, promotions, and deals. In addition, there may be other opportunities to subscribe to an e-mail list that will send you information about the Site events, but we will only add you to the list with your consent. We will not send e-mails to you if you have requested us not to do so unless we need to confirm for our records that you do not want to receive promotional emails. If you have previously registered at our home page to receive future information, you may unsubscribe by sending a blank email to the unsubscribe address specified at the bottom of the email you receive to let us know you do not wish us to sent future newsletters, updates or promotional emails to you.
Cookies: We use cookies in the operation of the Site. To find out what cookies are and how we use them, refer to paragraph 7 of this section.
Contact Information and Third Party Data: If you contact us by telephone, e-mail or letter, we may keep a record of your correspondence or comments. If you report a problem with the Site, we may collect such information in a file specific to you in order to troubleshoot problems, resolve disputes and better serve your needs. If you contact us through our feedback area or by calling one of our customer service representatives, we ask for your name and e-mail address in order to send you a reply. If other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or purchases on the Site, we may keep the information in a file specific to you.
Customer Traffic Patterns: We track customers' traffic patterns throughout their online sessions, including which pages a customer views while using the Site. This information is ultimately stored in the form of store categories, and, in some cases, specific URLs. We use your IP address to diagnose problems with our servers and software and to administer the Site.
We may share aggregated statistics about pages viewed on the Site and sales and other shopping information with third parties.
Warranty Information: From time to time, we may offer additional or extended warranty or service programs on our Site. These programs may be administered by third party warranty and service companies. When you purchase a warranty, we pass along your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, warranty purchased and information about the product purchased to the warranty company.
3. With whom do we share your information?
The information collected by the Site is used only for the limited purposes of processing orders, keeping you informed about your order status, for statistical purposes for improving the Site and to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you. We will disclose your Personally Identifiable Information to third parties to charge your credit card, fill your order, deliver your order, provide customer service to you, and deliver promotional e-mails to you from us. For example, we must release your credit card number to confirm payment; and release your mailing address information to the delivery service to deliver products that you ordered. Except as otherwise stated in this Policy, at present we do not disclose our customers' Personally Identifiable Information to other merchants. From time to time, we may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide Personally Identifiable Information to the appropriate governmental authorities. We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information upon receipt of a court order or subpoena or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. 4. How can you update or correct your Personally Identifiable Information?
During the online ordering process you can review, change or delete the information that you have submitted. We encourage you to promptly update your information if it changes. You may ask to have some or all of your account information deleted or removed. Upon such a request by you, we will delete as much of your account information as possible. However, because we keep track of all past purchases, not all information related to past purchases will be completely removed from our databases due to legal obligations.

The importance of security for all Personally Identifiable Information associated with our customers is of utmost concern to us. In order to most efficiently serve you, credit card transactions and order fulfillment are handled by established third party banking, process agents and distribution institutions. They receive the information they need to verify and authorize your credit card transactions and to ship your order. When collecting credit card information for online purchases, we offer secured-server transactions that encrypt your information in transit to thwart someone from intercepting it and misusing it. When you access your account information, the information is kept on a secure server. 1. Step-by-Step Ordering Instructions
North America customers can order products from hundreds of authorized dealers in the US and Canada. International customers should contact distributors within their country for specific ordering information. Unless otherwise noted, the following policies apply to products purchased directly from Focus, either via the Web store or contacting our Online Order Desk at 1-800-338-3348.
Products purchased directly from Focus are typically NTSC only, sold at US Suggested Retail Prices (SRP), and can only be fulfilled within North America.
- Shop the site for the product you want by using the dropdown list.
- Select the product you want, based on category.
- Click on the product if you need more detailed information.
- Select the item by clicking on the associated "Add to Cart" button.
- Update the quantity by entering the desired amount in the box labeled Qty. and clicking Update Quantity.
- If you need to start over, clear basket by changing the desired quantity to zero for each of the respective products.
- Continue shopping or, if you're ready to checkout, click Checkout.
- Enter your billing and shipping information.
- Confirm your order and shipping information.
- Click Place Order.
- Print and save your order confirmation upon completion of your order. Please note and reference your Order ID when inquiring about your order.
Your Receipt
Upon completion of your order, you will be provided with an Order Confirmation page. Please print and save this page for your future reference. The Order Confirmation page will include the Order ID number. You will need to have this number available to reference your order.
Product Availability
We will do everything we can to get your order to you in as timely a manner as possible. Due to the popularity of some of the items offered through the Web store, we may not always have an item in-stock.
When you place an order for an item not in-stock, we will immediately send the request to our warehouse. If the item is unavailable, we will notify you and provide an estimated availability date.
International Orders
Focus is unable to process any Web store orders outside of the US and Canada.

Tracking An Order If the product is available, you will be receiving a confirmation email with related shipping and tracking information. Tracking information is available from FedEx® and UPS® 24 hours after your order ships. Orders placed for in-stock items before 10 a.m. Pacific Standard Time typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 10 a.m. Pacific Standard Time typically ship the following business day, Monday through Friday. There is no Saturday or Sunday delivery. Billing Sales Tax
By law, we are required to charge the respective sales tax in the following states: CA (8.25%), GA (7%), MA (5%), MN (7%), SC (6%), TX (8.25%). Sales tax (determined by your ship-to address) will be added to the total purchase at the time of fulfillment.

Shipping and Handling Information
Customers can select from three shipment methods: Standard Shipping, 2-day, or Next Day delivery. Shipping costs will be added to the total purchase at time of fulfillment. The shipping address provided must be identical to the billing address of your credit card for any order over $1000. In addition, no orders will be fulfilled to a P.O. Box.
Next Day Shipping: Guarantied delivery by end of the next business day after shipment. Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers, including UPS and FedEx.
2 Day Shipping: Guarantied delivery by end of the 2nd business day after shipment. Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers, including UPS and FedEx.
Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days after shipment. Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers, including UPS and FedEx.

NOTE: From time to time, it may be necessary to ship products with special handling rules, service levels and/or weight and size restrictions using another carrier. You will be notified at time of shipment which carrier has been selected for your order and details on how to obtain delivery information. Although our goal is to ship all products at the same time, because of out-of-stock situations, we may make partial shipments. Customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs.
- Incomplete or incorrect information may result in processing or shipment delays to your order request.
- If your shipping information differs from your bill to information, your order may be delayed for verification. Due to shipper restrictions, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, U.S. Territories or international addresses.
- Please note that we do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday shipping/delivery.

Cancelling an Order Orders for in-stock items are sent to our warehouse for shipping immediately after you place the order, therefore, in-stock items cannot be canceled.
To request cancellation of backordered items, please call our Customer Advocacy team at 1-800-338-3348 or you may email them at customeradvocacy@focusinfo.com, please provide your Order ID and the part number(s) to be canceled. If we are unable to cancel your order, you will be notified via email within 24 hours.

Returns, Replacements, and Repairs
- Focus offers a full credit return (less shipping costs) for products purchased directly from the Web store or our 800-phone line.
- Focus must receive the returned item within 30 days of original shipment and must be accompanied by a valid RMA number. Any returns which are received after 30 days from original shipment will be refused.
- Focus will not provide refunds for opened, non-defective software. Defective software may be returned within 30 days of shipment for replacement only. The replacement product will be the same title and version as the original product ordered.
- Items should be returned in new condition, in original packaging with the packing slip, all blank warranty cards, UPC tags, manuals and accessories in the original shipping carton or similar packaging. Failure to return all original merchandise with accompanying accessories and materials will result in the product being returned without credit and at the expense of the customer.
- In the event that you are unsatisfied with the product(s) you purchased from Focus, you have 30 days to request a return. To arrange for a product return, please contact a Focus Customer Service representative at 1-763-398-1658 or email support@focusinfo.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. We're sorry, unauthorized returns will not be accepted. You wil be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Focus. Product must be shipped back in the original packaging.
- Focus products purchased from our dealers must comply with the dealer's return policy. To arrange for such a return, please contact your dealer.
- Products that arrived defective or have become defective within 30 days of shipment may be exchanged for a replacement product. All replacements must be an identical product and version.
- Focus provides in-warranty repairs at no charge as well as out-of-warranty repairs based on a product-specific flat fee. For all North American sales, please contact Focus Enhancements Support team by calling 1-763-398-1658 or by email support@focusinfo.com. International customers should contact their respective dealer or distributor to arrange for product repairs.
Refusal Policy Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or in the event continual delivery attempts fail, will be returned to Focus and credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping and handling. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for a credit to be issued. It is the customer's responsibility to make immediate and adequate arrangements with the shipping company to accept a shipment in the event of a failed delivery. - Request a Return
To arrange for a product return, please contact a Focus Enhancements Support team at 1-763-398-1658 or email support@focusinfo.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
- Write Your RMA Number on Your Return
Once you have received your RMA number, please write it clearly on the outside of the package to be returned. All products must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging. If your product was shipped in a standard carton, please be sure to return using the same or similar packaging. When using the original carton, please ensure that previous shipping labels or other markings have been removed or covered completely.
- Ship the Product Back to Us
We advise that you ship the product back to us via UPS or FedEx to ensure proper delivery. Focus will not be responsible for items lost in transit to our center or without a Proof of Delivery signature. It is the customer's responsibility to retain a copy of the return tracking number in the event of a 'lost' shipment until a credit has been issued or a replacement product has been shipped.
- Receipt of Refund or Replacement
Once the return is received in our return center, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Credit will be issued to the payment method or credit card used for your original purchase only. Replacements typically ship within 72 hours of receipt of your return, excluding weekends and holidays. You will be notified via email with the appropriate tracking information on your replacement shipment.

Warranty Policy Exact warranty terms are enclosed within each of our non-accessory products, whether purchased from Focus directly or through our North American dealer network. In general, most Focus standalone products are covered by a one-year parts and labor limited warranty. Cables, power supplies, and other accessories carry a 90-day warranty. - Return to top of page -

Large Order Availability When you place an order for large quantities, we may not always have enough stock to complete your order. We will immediately send you an email confirming this. Focus cannot always guarantee that the additional items will become available. We will do our best to fill your order but in the cases that we cannot, we will send you another notice (usually 5 business days later), asking if you would like to keep your order or cancel it.
